Death Valley

We reached a low point in our travels today. The lowest elevation in the western hemisphere is 282 feet below sea level and its located in Death Valley - about 4 miles away from where this picture was taken. So, save for digging a ditch, or attempting an 8 mile round trip in the heat of the desert, this is the lowest point we could go!
