The parliment building in the capital city Canberra is a remarkable place. Built in the 80's at extraordinary cost it is set in a hillside. The 6 year building process involved identifying a hill, removing galactic quantities of muck, building parliment itself, and then covering it over with the muck. This means that you can go for a walk on the roof of parliment and even have a picnic on it while the MPs are earning a crust inside.
